OOOOOh too tiresome to……….!

Well every thing was going perfect in the class with all matters, until we heard that we have to present a case with all the necesseities of the court. So the day was on and we had the case in our hands. This was a constitutional case titled as Dosso Vs The State [PLD 1958 SC 533]. It was really boring to so so. But we had no other option but to present this case. Any ways the group of the ten that had the responsibilty to become Dosso [:P] sat down with heads together with their group leader, that was meeeee to prepare the case. As we went through the case and read it further we came to know that how difficult it is to become a lawyer. After all as we had discussed the case we wrote our arguments against the Appelants [The State: In the High court state lost the case and filed an appeal against the decision in the then Supreme Court of Pakistan, where it won the case]. Now came the day that ought to be the case day. We got prepared to be seated in the court. The respected Judges (Our Teachers) were present there to preside the case. Now began the case with the registration of the appeal against the decision of High court. After it the presiding of the case began with our comments. Now we started to hear the arguments from the appellants with which we were learning that how to behave like a lawyer in the court, so that you may not commit contempt of court. In short the discussion continued on and on for about 3 hours. And at last the decision [For our presented comments] was reserved by the faculty. But after all it was a good exprience and If it doesnot makes self-praising, WE WON THE CASE.
